A dream to work with!

We are so happy we switched to Ridd!

We had Massey for a couple years and they were doing fine until we had a young man sell up this service. We are so happy we switched to Ridd! Even though we are paying a little more, Ridd is so much more responsive and we finally have stopped seeing the small concrete ants after the rain!

The best company in Florida!!!

The best company in Florida!!! I've tried so many different companies. RIDD was $10 more per visit but actually took care of issues and cleaned up my whole yard and house. They don't just knock down wasp nests and spiders webs but they actually take the time to apply a product up there to ensure that the bugs don't come back 3 days later. Also, they didn't just seal up my foundation but they treated the whole yard for my ants. Technician was so nice. For sure a 10/10.

They respond quickly and happily!

I'm allergic to wasps and the amazing fire ants we have here in Central Florida. So when the wasps came and kept building their hives after my husband would knock them down it was really annoying. RIDD came and knocked them down and dusted the smells that draw them there. We've always had really good interactions with their sales team, their technicians, and their customer service. They respond quickly and happily. A very unique combination these days!

Attentive, courteous, and professional!

Recently switched from aptive to Ridd and I couldn't be happier now being with a local company. Everyone I have communicated with at Ridd has been attentive, courteous, and professional, and their service is always timely and thorough. These guys know exactly what's right for the Florida terrarium, their service has made my home and yard such a more pleasant place to be. I have not had a single problem since they came and serviced my home. I would not trust any other company to take the same level of care of my property as Ridd.

Absolutely Wonderful

Logan stopped by the house to introduce himself. He explained that they are new in Central Florida. We have struggled with Big Head Ants since building this home in 2015. Very few companies will cover them and very few commercial insecticides will affect them. I told them we would give them a try if they could get rid of the ants and check the attic for bees. Mason showed up to provide service that Saturday morning. Note that typically we spray and kill the steady stream of ants but they return within an hour or so. Mason introduced himself and circled the outside of home then added a few touches inside. 3 weeks later and no sign of these pests!! Service was prompt, courteous, professional. We could not ask for better. Logan later climbed up and searched attic for bees and found no sign of pests in the attic. We rate them "Absolutely Wonderful".
